Over 35 years experience in the food service industry, working in all facets of the restaurant business. Paul has project experience working on over 20 hotel water parks as well as internationally. Paul was the Boelter Companies 2005 Project Manager of the Year.

  • Assistant Banquet Chef, Jax Cafe, 600 seat “Holiday Travel Magazine” award winning Restaurant.

Contract Sales / Project Leader / Senior Design Leader

Over 30 years of industry experience in Hospitality Design and Contract sales. He has a strong design and space planning background in both commercial and residential establishments managing several design departments at highly successful foodservice and hospitality businesses. Years of hands-on experience in construction including mechanical and electrical systems has provided a comprehensive approach to space planning, project coordination and budget sensitivity.

  • Completion of many successful restaurants, nightclubs, corporate cafeterias, catering operations, casinos and country club projects.
  • Designs initial space plans with attention to function form, and project budget.
  • Construction background, including electrical and mechanical systems design.
  • Understanding of phases of construction, installations along with operational aspects of foodservice

Terry Torson

Project Manager / Contract Sales

As a Project Manager in Contract Sales, Terry Torson is excited to create solutions for his clients’ design and equipment needs. His ability to provide well-thought-out designs and workflows will enable businesses to gain efficiencies and find even more success. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge to Boelter with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector – 13 of which were dedicated to hospitality management and operations. He enjoys seeking out up-and-coming restaurants in order to continuously stay up-to-date on what’s new and trending in food and restaurant design. Terry holds a degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota.
